New course available in our Academy! The macarons are, which are originated from Italy, but basicly identified with the French pastry, are becoming more and more popular in Hungary. Their preparation is not complicated, but needs a good recipe, patience and high quality ingredients. During our 1 day macaron course, participants will learn to know the preparation techniques of this dessert. The macaron is a colourful delicacy, which looks great not only in a pastry shop, but also in the assortment of a high-end praline shop.
